1. What areas do you serve?

We serve all of Prince Edward Island and selected mainland locations including New Brunswick & Nova Scotia by request. Not sure if your area is covered? Message us — we’ll give you a straight answer.

2. How do I get a quote?

It’s simple: Message, email, or call us with details: what needs to be moved, hauled, or handled, and where. We’ll provide a clear flat-rate quote — no guessing, no hidden fees.

3. Do you offer same-day service?

Yes! We try to accommodate same-day jobs whenever possible. Availability depends on the type of job and distance, so reach out early for the best chance.

4. How do you charge — hourly or flat rate?

We provide flat-rate pricing upfront. You’ll know exactly what it costs before we arrive — no surprises.

5. What types of jobs can you handle?

We handle most jobs that involve a truck, including: Moving furniture or appliances, Hauling items or materials, Junk removal & cleanouts, Estate or property cleanouts, Cottage & Airbnb turnovers, One-off problem-solving jobs. If we can’t handle a specific job, we’ll connect you with a trusted professional who can.

6. What if my job is too big for one truck?

No problem. We’ll coordinate with trusted contacts or multiple trips to get it done efficiently. If it’s truly outside our scope, we’ll help you connect with someone who can handle it.

7. Do I need to be home during the job?

Not necessarily. Someone should be available to provide instructions, unless prior arrangements are made. We can communicate via phone or text to keep things on track.

8. How do I pay?

E-transfer, Cash, Other arrangements can be discussed in advance. Payment is collected after the job is completed.

9. How far in advance should I book?

For local PEI jobs: usually 1–3 days in advance is fine. For mainland jobs or weekends: earlier is better to secure your spot.

10. Can you handle emergency or last-minute jobs?

Yes! We specialize in helping people solve urgent problems — just reach out and we’ll let you know if we can fit it in.
